In honour of Mandela Day 2024, our Inland and Coastal teams volunteered 67 minutes to making a difference in our communities.
This year, we partnered with Ladles of Love, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing hunger and food insecurity in South Africa. This year, their goal was to raise R5 million to nourish, nurture, and grow small children at Early Childhood Development Centres in impoverished communities.
Our teams rolled up their sleeves and got involved in various activities to support Ladles of Love’s mission. We helped with food preparation, packaging meals, creating books, garden innovations and making toys. The 67 minutes felt short but it was great to see the impact that we could make together!
We are proud to have been part of this initiative and look forward to continuing our support for Ladles of Love and other community projects in the future.
